• Birth details you submit (DOB/TOB/POB) and other intake answers (to generate your report)
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your private report
• To provide customer support if you email us

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers to operate the service:

• Stripe (payments)
• Formspree (intake form submission handling)
• Cloudflare (website hosting and performance/security)

Retention

We retain intake information only as long as necessary to prepare and deliver your report. Intake submissions and working notes are deleted within 30 days of delivery. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@rise-root.com.
